Did Ya See November Kit at AMM???

Can I just say I cannot wait until I get my kit in!!!! Michelle said that Suzy created some awesome stuff with it and I can't wait to see it!!!!!!



Right now I am sooo into Clear Acrylic Stamps!!! I am digging me some Pink.Sugar.Pop stamps!!! I stumbled upon this website and I am in love with all of there stuff!!! It is soooooooo Freakin' CUTE and It makes me happy just to look at all of there products!!

Ok.............I started creating my Christmass gifts(A SURPRISE) for my student workers. Last night I worked on my first one and it came out soooooo cute. I just ordered 14 more to do. When I am finished with them I will post the pictures here!!!

Finished My LO!!!!

Finally finished my LO! I think I am happy with it, But I keep looking at it and I start thinking its too busy. Well, I think I will turn it in tomorrow so I won't want to change it anymore!!! I hope its not too busy for their taste!!!!!

Working Hard on DT Tryout!!

I have been working for 3 days on my DT LO!! I think so far I am happy with it, but tonight I will make a few additions to it.

My LSS just got some new chipboard in from a company called Buzz and Bloom. It is awesome!! I bought the Botanica 'C' Alpha and it is huge and I love it. I also bought the alphabet and the chinese tree. I can't wait to CREATE with it!!!

First TOOT EVER!!

OMG!! Lisa Pace contacted me to feature my Maya Road altered box and mini album on their blog!!! I can't believe it!! I almost fell out of my chair. I just saw the e-mail from 5 days ago!! I hope its not too late!!! Say a Prayer!! Anyway what a great start to a Monday!!

I am SOOO Scrapin This Weekend!!!

I have to work on my LO for the DT Tryout at my LSS!!! I just ordered the Christmas Limited Edition Kit at AMM!!! It is gorgeous!!! I can't wait to play with it and star at it when I get it in!!!!!!

I just ordered the cutest clear checkbook covers for my student aides for Christmas Gifts!!! I think the website is www.memorypurses.com!!! I think I bought the last 5. I am going to decorate them with cute pp and embellishments and put their initials on them with my cricut!! Then inside I will give them a gift certificate or just add a little cash in them!!!

I can't wait to get them in they are soooo cute. They even have the memory purses that you can decorate the outside of them!!!!

Almost Friday!!

Ok, so I decided to tryout for my lss Design Team. I have a whole month to come up with a 2 page lo. They give you the pictures, so everyone has the same pics. I have some ideas..........but I am not sure. I think I am going to sketch it out. I really want it to come out nice and be something that I am proud of. Even if I don't make it, I want to know I did my best!!

It's Sunday and wishing it were Friday!!

Well, got some scrapin' done this weekend, but not what I wanted. But that ok!!! I went to the mall and got a manicure. It was fun doing something for myself!!!I am doing Nutri System and I've already lost 5 pounds!! I am so excited!! I feel great too because I am taking care of myself and exercising!!! The meal plan is great and you don't have to worry about what you will b eating. That is the good part. Happy Sunday.

Bathroom Remodeling!

Still another weekend remodeling our master bathroom. I am excited, but its just a mess right now. I can't wait until its finished. It's been 3 weeks since we started and the man we hired can only come on the weekends!! Yuk!

I started buying Christmas presents for DS and DD!! I like to start early because I do not like the rush and standing in lines at the last minute.

I soooo need to water my garden when I get home from work, I have no Green Thumb!! But I am trying!

I can't believe DD is going to be 7 months already!!! And DS is going to be 5 years and 7 months!!! Gosh, time flies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Friday!

I am so glad it is Friday!!! I will probably be working on my big garden this weekend. I am going to try to do a little scrappin', but I think I am a little burnt out!!! I have been double scrapping lately!!!

Garden

I am so excited!! My sister came in this weekend and she helped me fix up my small garden!!! I just put alot of greenery for now and later I will add some white pansies!!!

We finally got started on our master bathroom. We are remodeling it. The sheet rock is up and floated. Next weekend they will put in our shower and tile. FINALLY!!!!

Happy Monday

Well it was a great weekend. Got a lot of scrapin done. I did a little chipboard album about Carolyn's little world. I loved doing it so much that I am working on my second one!!!
Got in touch with some old friends from highschool. I have not spoken with them probably in 15 years!!! IT was so nice to hear from them. They sent pictures of their families too. I hope to stay in touch with them!!

Gotta get to work yuk....

Doctor!!

I took C to the doctor yesterday. She had to get 3 shots!!!! :( I told the nurse that I just could not watch. She cried and the minute I picked her up she stopped. That made me feel good. She is just soooo tender, that it breaks my heart to see her in pain. I just love her and J SOOOO MUCH!!! Its almost time to get off of work, thank goodness! My smile starts the minute I get in my car and grows bigger as I get closer to home. I love my home life so much and I am so blessed to have such a loving and wonderful husband who makes me so happy, and 2 BEAUTIFUL children.

Movies In the Park

This weekend we are taking the children to see ET in the park. We have not done this yet, but I have heard it is so much fun. I am not sure if you sit in your car or bring a blanket and have a picnic. Its at 8:00 on Saturday evening.

Jacob will be going over to his friends house Saturday for the first time!! I am a little nervous, but I trust the mom. J has been friends with him since they were 2 years old!!!

Will probably be scrappin' this weekend too!!!!

I can't believe its been 6 years!!! Last night I watched a show called, "The Falling Man". It was very sad. It was about finding out about the life of a man who was photographed falling from the twin towers on that fateful day. Its hard to believe that these people, our friends and neigbors, went to work that day like every other day not even thinking that they would be falling (jumping????) from the towers. It was a very sad day!!! It won't be forgotten. I just want to say that I am glad to be an American!!!

Sunday Sunday!!!

Well I finished my Layouts for the DT Spot at AMM!!! I am truly pleased. I did my best!!! So, all I have to do now is send them in and wait.................YUK!!! I do not like waiting, I have no patience!!! But it will be a good wait, because I will keep myself busy by scrapbooking and checking the boards. Oh and did I say I was addicted to the boards at A Million Memories!!! Thats the first thing I do in the mornings!!! LOL!!!

TGIF!!!!!!

So I took the day off today....SICK Day!!! Me and Carolyn Scrapped all day. We had a blast. I am gearing up for a try at a Spot on A Million Memories Design Team. So I did my altered project today. I think I am pleased with it. I need to do 2 layouts, but I am trying to get the right pics. I really want this badly!!!! I just have to think positively!!!!

Rainy Day

Its raining today in good ole Lafayette, Louisiana!!! Yuk. But at least its almost Friday. I plan on getting a lot of scrapping done this weekend!!! I might try out for the design team for A Million Memories. I will have to get my layouts together tonight and figure out what I will do!!!

September Kit **A Million Memories**

OMG!!!!! The September Kit is Awesome at amillionmemories.com !!!!! I got it in yesterday and did this LO last night because I could not wait to dig into the yummy stuff!!! It is soooo much fun being a part of this kit club!!! It's like Christmas every month!!! The people there are soooo nice and supportive. For me, the club is making me a better person and a better scrapper!!!!
