New Layouts!!!!

Sorry I have not been posting lately, but it has been crazy busy!!! But I have managed to do a few layouts!!

Jacob and Carolyn got a new cat....her name is Daisy!!!! They love her....whatcha think?????

I also tried the tissue flower that was seen in the Creating Keepsakes magazine, but I think I like Jeanne's better!!!!

Fiora got a new dress....handmade by a very talented lady on Etsy. If you are interested, I can get you her shop name.

Wanted this to look like 60's and 70's as Blythe is from this era. So I used vintage plastic flowers and lot of machine stitching.

Well, I finally broke down and bought one............ a Blythe that is!!!! So cool to practice my photography on too....and I have another on the way!!! Yes, they are expensive and addictive!!!! If you go on flickr and search under Blythe you will see all of the cool photos of everyone's Blythe dolls!!! Yes, I named her Fiora!!! What do you think?????


I have Frosty Frock on the way from Hong Kong!!! I have not named her yet.......any suggestions????????!!!!!!!!!!!They are not sold any where in the US. Blythe started in 1972 under Kenner. If fizzled out and now Blythe is back with avengence!!! LOL!!!!

It is a whole new world out there with lots of fun people talking about their new handmade Blythe outfits and the like!!!

I think Fiora is beautiful, however, lots of my friends think she is a little scary looking!! HEE HEE HEE!!!!

I can't wait to start all of my photo shoots with her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Old Photos.....

So I was feeling a little bit nastalgic last night and dug into my photo boxes. I found this wonderful photo of my mom and dad. Rare seeing them together since they have been divorced since I was 3!!!
I am truly glad I got this onto a layout and happy that it will be preserved for my children.

The other layout is of me and my hubby 10 Years ago!!! Boy was I skinny!!! Well that was before children!! LOL

New Layouts......

Yep a little bit of Crate Paper again!!!!! And a few other lines thrown in there. I am loving my sewing machine!! You can do so much with it, like sewing circles and embellishing your pages. I do like to hand stitch also. Did you all see the new Prima Canvas Albums???!!! I am working on it right now. I finished one page last night and had so much fun. Ok, So I am in Love with Crate Paper!!!!

This is what I did in the rain on Saturday!! I have been waiting and waiting for these papers!!!! I bought them on Saturday and went straight home and got right to work!!! I so love those cute little owls (Its me and Carolyn as OWLS sitting in the tree!!) and all of the fun colors in this line!!!

Ok, so I almost did not upload the mushroom one. I know the embellishments are kinda jumbled up, but I wanted to use them all on this layout!! I am glad I finally got to scrap us together!!!

New Stuff!!!

I had so much fun doing this layout with some of my new things I bought!!!! I love the New Kraft Kuts!!!! They are so easy to work with, the quality of paper is easy to sew on too!!!

Piggy Tails

Ok, so I picked up my dd at day school yesterday and she was sporting a new do!!!! Her teacher had put pig tails in her hair!!!! I almost did not recognize her she looked so grown up!!!! You can't really see her pig tails in the photos, but she looked too cute!!!!

These are a few lo's I did this weekend. Carolyn turned 2....I can't believe it!! Where does the time go????? Thank goodness for scrapbooking and saving these moments!!! My mom gave her Elmo Live.....and she was so excited as you can tell by the photos!!!
